Cancellations MUST be submitted in writing 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time of your activity.
For any unforeseen reason, the tour cannot take place, it will be rescheduled with prior notification based on availability. If the tour cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the booked tour value within 7-10 business days of the tour being canceled.
ABC Hospitality Desk will have a room list that is updated daily. Link staff can get a room number from Mii staff if needed.
Please, contact us immediately at the ABC hospitality desk if your transportation has a delay of 5 minutes after the schedule.
